Dupa cum am mentionat in urma cu cateva saptamani pe forum, iata ca de curand mi-a fost confirmata data la care va avea loc deschiderea oficiala a AIA2009 (Anul International al Astronomiei – echivalentul pe plan local al IYA2009)
Evenimentul inaugural va avea loc in perioada 6 – 7 februarie la Sibiu, de organizare ocupandu-se pe plan local d-na Pica Elisabeta Ana.
Nu cunosc motivele, insa in interval de doua ore am primit doua variante, destul de diferite, ale programei evenimentului.

9:30 Conferinta “Mari intrebari despre Univers”, acad. Basarab Nicolescu, locatie: Biblioteca Astra
11:30 Deschiderea oficiala a AIA2009, locatie: sala de conferinte a Primariei Sibiu
15:00 Dezbateri ale membrilor Comitetului AIA 2009, prezenti la Sibiu, pe marginea programelor diferitelor grupuri (pe baza unor prezentari de cca 15 minute fiecare)
2. Sambata,7 februarie
10.00 Vizitarea centrului istoric, Sibiu
15:00 Dezbateri si concluzii finale ale membrilor Comitetului Roman pentru AIA 2009, prezenti la Sibiu
In comunicarea distribuita se mentioneaza si ceva detalii de logistica (cazare, masa), insa organizarea nu este chiar clara. Un lucru este cert insa: finantarea lipseste din nou.
In ceea ce priveste prezenta la eveniment, au fost invitati sa participe membrii ai Comitetului National. Nu stiu exact cine face parte din acest comitet, insa din partea comunitatii noastre nu a fost invitat formal nici un reprezentant.
In urma unei observatii facute, se pare totusi ca vom putea participa, daca dorim… Deocamdata l-am invitat pe Mircea Pteancu sa reprezinte comunitatea noastra la Sibiu. Lista este deschisa insa.
Cum vom face noi cu finantarea? Putem face, ca si de alte dati, o cheta pe forum.

Ca de obicei, …ca la noi …Nu mai continui, ca nu e frumos sa vorbesti urat.
Sper sa il primeasca pe Mircea, sa nu ii faca vreo figura si sa-l tina la usa, ca nu reprezinta nici o organizatie recunoscuta, inregistrata, etc.
