 Participating Team

The team participating in the second IOAA is expected to consist of five high school students or those who graduated from high school in 2008, accompanied by two team leaders capable in solving problems in Astronomy and Astrophysics. The upper age limit of students is 19 years old in the first January of 2008. Observers are welcome to observe the olympiad but will be required to pay for food, accommodation and excursion. Participating students and team leaders are not required to pay anything except their own personal necessities. Food, accommodation, excursion will be provided by the organizer freely. People other than organizers, participants, team leaders and observers cannot participate in the olympiad activities. If family members or relatives of the participants wish to come to Bandung during the olympiad, the organizer can connect them to some travel bureaus or hotels. They may, however, watch the news about the olympiad through television or internet.
